MSB has prospered into the leader in the online book industry and to serve its further online business purposes it wanted Vserve Technologies to create a dynamic website that would ease out their tasks even more.

THE CHALLENGE
To develop such a comprehensive website with simple processes for the customers and a number of functionalities back end is a big challenge in itself. Furthermore, MSB wanted us to deliver practical and efficient solutions that would save both time and cost and the customer would not face any difficulties in browsing or exploring the entire site. The website would include all information in details relating to book on medicine, law, health and technology. The list would be long and the customer would easily reach out for the names using a simple search process.

THE SOLUTION
Vserve Technologies designed a fully scalable dynamic website for one-on-one support to customers, bridging the communication gap between the company and its customers with ind ividualized service system.

The website consisted of search process that would ensure a complete exploration of information in detail. The website’s cart functionality enabled the customer to add to his buying list any number of books or the number of copies wanted. Payments would be made through cheques without the involvement of any third party. Our web development solution rested on ASP language and Ms Access.
